Artists assume full responsibility for loss or damage to articles on display. The Easton Tricentennial Committee, the Town of Easton, and Oakes Ames Memorial Hall are not liable for any damage or loss of work in the transit or on site of the event. Insurance on artwork is the responsibility of the artist. 3. Artists will promote the event to their contact and customers.
